Terms & Conditions

1. Postal Charges and Deliveries
All goods are supplied in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions:


1a. Within the UK:
All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class, and you have the option to include recorded delivery.


There is no minimum order.

Postage prices are calculated on weight, and are based on Royal Mail prices.

We aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours of your order being made, excluding Sundays. Royal Mail First Class items are often delivered the following day, however they guarantee 2 working days.

1b. Outside the UK:
All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class, however, there is no option for recorded delivery.

We aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours of your order being made, excluding Sundays. Royal Mail First Class items are usually delivered within three days to Western Europe, four days to the rest of Europe, and five days for the rest of the world, following the day of posting.


1c. Store Pickup
If you live locally, you can still make an order online and then come and collect your goods. Whether you pay by BACS, or whether you wish to pay by cash when you collect,
we suggest you complete the online order as early as possible, and always call us before you depart to ensure that your order is ready. While we will endeavour to have your items packed as soon as possible and on the same day, on particularly busy days we may not be able to complete your order for pickup on the same day. Any online orders for store pickup should be made prior to 2PM.

Our closing time is 5PM, and unfortunately we are bound to this by the opening hours of the indoor market hall. We therefore cannot remain open any later than this. However, we may be able to make provision for later pickups, please contact us if you want to collect later than 5pm.

2. Out of stock items
At Bead Savvy we have a large variety of items available and our stock is shared between our retail shop and our online shop. All items purchased within the retail shop are regularly adjusted in the online shop to keep the stock levels up to date. Occasionally, however, we may find that one of your items is not in stock on the date of your order. When this occurs we will first check to see when more of that item is due to arrive, we will then contact you with the following options:

We can send out all the items that are in stock, and send the remainder of the order when we receive the items, at no extra postage cost..

You can select different items up the value of the out of stock items.

We can refund the cost of the product(s) that are missing.

3. Colour Continuity
Due to certain manufacturing processes we are unable to guarantee colour continuity. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight differences in shape/form are possible. Beads may discolour over time and we cannot guarantee that they will remain colourfast indefinitely. Also customers should note that due to the nature of different internet browsers and monitor settings, certain colours may appear slightly different in tone to their true colouring. This is unavoidable, but if you return these goods to us, we will be happy to give a refund as we want to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their items.

4. Dyed Beads
If using dyed products for clothing or items to be worn next to the skin, we recommend that you test these products for suitability first. We cannot be held responsible for any issues relating to surface dyed beads or any other dyed products.

5. Returns & Refunds
At Bead Savvy, we always strive to ensure that you are more than happy with your purchases and we are 100% committed to customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, your purchase arrives to you damaged or is unsatisfactory in any way, we will make every effort to ensure that the situation is resolved, and that you are happy with your purchase. Items can be exchanged for goods of the same value or for a full refund for the cost of the product.

Please bear in mind that all returned items must be delivered to us within 30 days of receipt. They should be in their original condition and in their original packing, unused, securely packed for postage and with a note quoting the orginal invoice number and a short explanation of what you require enclosed.

If you had originally ordered the wrong item, rather than the item being damaged, we can only refund you for the goods returned. We cannot refund the postage amount in these cases. For more information or any queries please contact us on 07506721908, or via email at

Due to current EU hygiene regulations, earring findings are non-returnable.

6. Complaints and Suggestions
If you have any complaints or suggestions about our services, please email us and we will be happy to help in any way that we can. Any feedback, both positive or constructive, is very important to us as it will help us to provide the best service possible. At all stages during the complaints process we will advise you via email of the steps we are taking to resolve the matter.
